Satisfaction Guarantee 


The objective of our company is make our client happy to guarantee our work. If you are not very happy with our service. You have a period of 24 hours to communicate with us, or you can communicate immediately. One of our representative will assist you. This will not apply if you are at home after completing the service. We advise to take your time and verify that the service has been completed correctly as your wish. 


If you are not satisfied with any part of the service and you are at home, please notify one of our cleaners. Our cleaner will re-clean the area. The warranty does not apply if the customer calls after 24 hours (Warranty Period). The customer is responsible for reporting any accident, damage, breakage or loss. Failure to report any damages will avoid any claim.


Up Cleaning will not be responsible for any repair or replacement of broken or damaged items due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.​To guarantee our Up Cleaning Service you must have full access to your home. Our cleaner must have all access to utilities (including Hot and cold water, electricity). If the customer requires our cleaner to clean up or under heavy item (a fridge, bookshelf, or other furniture). This item must be moved by the customer before starting the cleaning, and also to be sure to remove any fragile, delicate, or valuable items (including cash, jewelry, art, antiques, or items of sentimental value) before beginning our services.


Payment Agreement

Up Cleaning receives full payment in cash, check or credit/ debit card before or on the day of services. If you are not going to be at home during the cleaning please leave the check or the cash on the table or in the counter of the kitchen. If we received the late payment the first week, you will be charged $5 dollar fee. If we do not receive the payment during the second week, you will be charged $ 10 dollar fee. If we do not receive the payment during the third week, you will be charged $15 dollar fee. All credit cards will be charged a 5% fee. A fee of $ 35 dollar will be charged for returned/bounced checks in addition to any outstanding amounts.


e do not offer a refund to our client, but if you are not satisfied with any part of the service and communicate within the 24-hour period, we will return to your home to clean it again or apply a credit to your account for our next visit.


Cancellation policy


If you have scheduled your next Cleaning appointment  with our office and you need to cancel or reschedule our service please communicate with us 48 in advance as a minimum.

 Your account will be charged $65 fee if you cancel our service 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

You will be charged $ 100 dollars if you cancel the same day. In the event that our cleaners arrive at your house, and the keys have not been left or our cleaners have no access to your property. You will be charged the full price of your cleaning fee to cover gas and travel expenses. Excessive cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to cessation of services.


Note: If the frequency of scheduled cleaning changes or is reduced (eg. weekly will become monthly only) fee charged will also be adjusted.
If you would like to cease receiving service temporarily, long-term or permanently we request 2 weeks notice.


Our estimate quote is based on the client's information of the property in which the service is to be  performed, however to complete the final quote process we require to do a evaluation in person by a representative in your area, price can not provide though phone call. please contact to the office to schedule a free consultation in your area.


Tips are very appreciated by your cleaning team but they are not expected or required. A recommended tip usually is about 10% of your total cleaning fee. Tips can be left as cash for the cleaning team or added into the check or credit card.

Cleaning Ladies
Licensed, Bonded and Insured

Our professional cleaning services carry licensed, bonded and liability insurance. This is important when choosing a service as accidents can happen. A cleaning company with insurance gives you peace of mind. It also means the risk is taken away from you, the homeowner.

Copies of the Insurance can not be provide until you schedule your first cleaning appointment. Any information provided by Up cleaning may used by the client for there propose of offering our service, the house's owner must be agrees not to share this information with third parties.

Privacy Policy

Any information provided by the customer may be used by Up Cleaning for the purpose of offering our services. Up Cleaning agrees not to share your information with third parties. Up Cleaning will protect your personal information provided by the client from loss, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Appointment Arrival Time Window

Up Cleaning provides arrival windows of about 1 hour, such as between 8am - 9;00 0am, Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts etc. If we happen to be running late to your appointment you will be contacted as soon as possible and provided with a new expected time of arrival
