Are you licensed and Insured?
​

Up Cleaning is 100% insured and fully licensed. You do not have to worried about any damage that occurred during the service. Our insured can be applied at the time it is needed.

Our professional cleaning services carry workers compensation, liability insurance and are licensed and bonded. This is important when choosing a service as accidents can happen. A cleaning company with insurance gives you peace of mind. It also means the risk is taken away from you, the homeowner.

Do I need to be home when you clean?
​

When you make a booking, you'll be prompted to give your professional entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there's no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the booking. Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine.

Mandatory: If you are a new customer, we recommend you to be present from beginning to end of our services. It is to ensure the quality of our services with you. At the time our professional are cleaning your house, you can tell them the way you want your house to be cleaned.

Who is going to clean my home?

​

It depends on your requirement and the package you choose. Our group of professionals will be of two or three people, and  one of them will be the supervisor. Our main office will provide instructions to the crews and  supervisor assigned at every cleaning visit, Our Quality Control supervisor  inspect our teams on a regular basis after each cleaning to ensure the highest quality standards for our house cleaning services and all Services we offered.

How long does it take to clean my home?

Our team takes a minimum of 45 minutes to about 4 hours of cleaning. All this depending on the conditions, the size of the house and the service package chosen.

Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?

Our company provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. In case you have your products, you must provide these products and teach how to use them to our team. Our cleaners will not be liable for any damages caused.

What your cleaning team's not clean?
For safety in health and diseases control of our staff DOES NOT CLEAN BLOOD, VOMIT, PET URINE OR FECES

How do I leave special instructions for my cleaning team?

​

Please call us. with a minimum of 48 hrs before your next cleaning appointment  to 727-482-9846 or email us your special instructions. Do not leave any notes in your home. Our team will happy to help with a additional task, please expect a price adjustment.​

What do I have to do with my pets the day of the cleaning?

Please keep your pets in a safe place at the moment our staff is doing their job. Our staff has no problem working with your pets in the house, if they are friendly  keep them in a cage or a room is not mandatory, please provide instructions directly to the office advance.

How do I pay for service?

​

You need to pay at the same day of each cleaning visit. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle  or credit cards.

A fee of 3.8% will be applicable for payments with a credit or debit card.

​

Hours of Operation?

We know you are busy, Professional can arrive as early at 8 a.m. and finish as late as 6:30 pm.

Can I tip my cleaners?

Tipping is a great way to to show appreciation. Tips may be left at the time of the clean, or added at the payment, please notify to the supervisor or our office manager about the tip.

I have an alarm system...
What do I do on days my house is cleaned?

If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code  and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm in advance.

​

We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled clean. Our manager office will contact you as soon as the team complete the cleaning to let you know that you can turn your alarm back  on.

What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule our service please communicate with us 48 in advance. 

Your account will be charged $65 fee if you cancel our service 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

You will be charged $ 100 dollars if you cancel the same day. In the event that our cleaners arrive at your house, and the keys have not been left or our cleaners have no access to your property. You will be charged the full price of your cleaning fee to cover gas and travel expenses.

Excessive cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to cessation of services. Note: If frequency of scheduled cleaning changes or is reduced (eg. weekly will become monthly only) fee charged will also be adjusted.If you would like to cease receiving service temporarily, long-term or permanently we request 2 weeks notice.
