After a thorough pre-inspection of the carpeting on the premises to be serviced, our technicians move and/or block furniture and use the following commercial carpet cleaning protocol

Step 1: Thorough vacuuming of all areas to remove loose dirt, soil, and particulate matter which has settled on or near the surface of the carpeting
Step 2: Spot-treatment and pre-spray of high-traffic areas to prepare these areas for a more thorough cleaning than more lightly used areas
Step 3: Agitation of carpeting to allow the cleaning solution to penetrate and loosen the soil
Step 4: Hot-water extraction, using a high-performance commercial extractor, to rinse, condition, and remove soil, excess water, and detergent residue
Step 5: Post-cleaning spot-treatment, as needed to remove any remaining spots. (Please note that stains indicated as permanent during our pre-inspection may not be completely removed.)
Step 6: Post-grooming of the carpet pile to aid visual appeal and enhance drying

Our tile and grout cleaning technology leave your floors clean, residue-free and restores brilliant color and shine to your floors, Grout lines are concrete with color that has no protection from dirt, stains and spills. The grout between the tiles is very porous and will absorb dirt and spills, which will become permanent stains. As your grout becomes more and more soiled, it will get darker and darker, becoming a breeding ground for germs and bacteria. In time the light colored grout will become so dark it will create black borders around each tile.
We use a specially developed pre-treatment solution and high-pressure, hot water rinse “steam cleaning system”. Our tile cleaning system works great on ceramic tile and grout, porcelain, stone, & other hard surfaces.

We apply the chemical and let it stand for approximately 15 minutes to loosen all the embedded dirt
We pre-scrub traffic area by hand for maximum result
We then use hard floor high pressure scrubbing and extraction tool, as the equipment is cleaning, you can see the tile luster clean grout lines emerge
Job is inspected
Flooring will dries in approx. 15-20 minutes
